Toffees made by me using ghee residue , ghee residue is a by-product and we can use it effectively and these toffees are good from nutritional point of view too

rly innovative... was it treated with NaOH SOLUTION... we have made it in our clg... bt instd of honey ..we used cocoa powder and coconut powder...

Prashant , ur extremely innovative, keep up the good work, & keep posting ur creations, which is very motivating for all of us, put ur procedure & ingredients ratio also in a separate document as u have done on other site , so that others can try at their places on their own..
